Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates

These rates apply only to packages of 0-2kg. For larger orders different shipping rates will apply and we will contact you to confirm alternative rates.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for a flat fee of $10.00 within Kelowna only,

Curbside pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Kelowna near The Landmark Buildings. If this is your preference then your order will be prepared and you will receive a ready for pickup email. Please contact us to set a pickup date of when you would prefer to pickup your order. Please note we are a small home-based business we do not have a physical store but can be flexible in when you want to pickup!

International Shipping

We don't currently offer international shipping, however if you are a international customer, please contact us at info@scratch-a-map.ca and we are more than happy to see what shipping rates we can offer.
